I used trial version cannot unistall

I used trial version cannot uninstall since i forgot settings password. I cant break it because its a 7 or 8 lettered pass with all characters - Uppercase lower case ad numeric how to recover such password. tried regedit tried searching in application data all files related to stored settings password. now i cant uninstall as i forgotten my settings and trial period has expired and want to install other A/v .since i have virus and don't want to format my pc tell me what to do

I cannot access the settings - I'm being asked for a password. What should I do? (http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN333) Basically it says you need to contact costumer care to give you a unlock code and utility.

i dont have internet at home :(. i just use AV to protect me from usb virus
