Error L016

Just reinstalled Win 7 x64 full retail after running the x64 RC but i cant activate my Prev X license.

I have logged into my Prev X and deactivated the old pc, when I enter my License code I get the following "Error L016 "

when I moved from Vista x64 to Win 7 RC1 I deactivated and was able to activate Prev X fine on the new win install ok


any advice ?
