Transferring to new computer

Howdy,

I bought a 2 year license to nod32 a month ago.

My laptop is just about toast. It's out of warranty and it randomly blue screens all the time.

I just bought a new desktop. I read that you could transfer licenses.

Will I be able to transfer my license from my old computer to my new computer even though my old laptop is 32-bit vista and my new desktop is 64 bit windows 7?

Also, do I use v3 or v4? my av says 3.0.669.0 but the link in my email says http://www.eset.com/download/v4
