switch over my prevx to another computer

I HAD SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEMS WITH MY OLD COMPUTER AND RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW COMPUTER. I DEACTIVATED MY OLD COMPUTER AND WANTED TO INSTALL THE PREVX TO MY COMPUTER BUT WAS UNABLE TO DO SO. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. I WENT TO MY PROFILE ON THE PREVX WEBSITE WITH NO SUCCESS

First thing you have to do is take your email address off your post unless you like Spam and not the kind you buy at your grocer..:thumbd:
