RVS 2010 scanner

Hi

Does anyone know how the on demand scanner of RVS 2010 works? What part of the computer it scans, what it scans for and how best to use it?

Right, i read the help section that came with RVS and it said the realtime protection scans files whenever they are saved to the real system. Does this include the virtual disk? Also, what parts of the computer does the on-demand scanner scan?

Hi Uli9000,
The scans are limited to specific areas (the usual suspects) in the current version with the Quick Scan. To get an idea of is scanned by default, watch the scanner display as it progresses. We will be including an upgrade to the VG feature in the next series (3.1) that includes a full system scan option.
