If u take a look at the attachments it says that my web access key is non-functional, i try to enable it however it is greyed out and i can't enable it...

plz help..

Check if you have HTTP checking enabled:

then try shutdown all explorers and try again (i have same problem - sometimes shutdowing helps)
if shutdowing all explorers not help you then enjoy reinstal :)

Probably there's a conflict with another driver. What OS do you use?

edit: would it be possible to be in conflict with windows live messenger, since i think it was on the same day that the icon of nod32 went red, my wlm has been behaving weirdly, disconnection literally every minute and sometimes my contacts who are online are shown offline
