Hello

Marcos offers advice here (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=213878)- a little old but if there still isn't a way to set this up in the GUI, it's probably still relevant.

There's also a possible workaround here (http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2008/04/13/automatic-scan-for-virus-when-plug-in-usb-flash-drive/), using a small utility and a batch file.

V4 scans files on removable media with maximum settings on execution by default (ie. with advanced heuristics and runtime packers enabled). That means, if malware (usually an autorun trojan) is executed, it will be detected and blocked providing that it's recognized (by heuristics/signatures).
