A strange case of FP

hi....is there a difference in prevx v3 install exe and safeonline install exe in terms of detection/scanning for i just tried safeonline install and got two FP but a clean system with prevx....both files are xerobank files

Hello,
There should be no difference between the two at all - could you send me a Tools > Save Scan Results scan log to report@prevxresearch.com? I suspect you managed to install directly before and after the file was automatically determined ;D

okay...i have sent the logs both prevx and safeonline.....btw safeonline still detects the two files...i like the gui but not the scan report though;D

If you run another scan, you should now like the scan report as well ;D
