Unable to download HP printer driver

I'm unable to download a pcl 6 driver or the full feature software from the HP web site for a LJ P3005 for windows XP. On the network using a TZ170 it is blocked and tagged as "ARMADILLO packed executable." Oddly I am able to download the files from our main network running a PRO 3060 with Enhanced OS.
TZ170 with standard OS is blocking the download.

ESET does not detect any files as "Armadillo packed executable". It sounds like a hyper-sensitive packer heuristics used by the antivirus on your gateway.
