Can't access drives after install

After installing Smart Security, all of my drives are locked. I can't access any applications. I had to go in safe mode to uninstall it. Is this an OS compatibility issues because I'm on Windows 7. I also do not have any other antivirus or spyware scanner install.

What version did you install? Also, please try enabling Pre-Release Updates (http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2197).
