i run 64bit Vista and i have NOD32 Antivirus also 64-bit veriosn

i wanted to confirm that NOD32 64-bit also scans 32-bit application for virus etc...

any help would be greately appricited.

Yes, it does. 64 is what the program was written in, not the type of files it scans.

You will be fine! 64 bit is the type of processor or hardware if you prefer.
Nod will still scan all files according to your setup of V4.
