Problems with adding new license to server

I have 3 "5-users" licenses "NOD32 Antivirus Business" on NOD32 server. I decided to add another "NOD32 Antivirus Business 5 users" license file. After selecting .lic file and pressing button "Upload to Server", Console show message "Uploaded to server. The server will choose the best licenses automatically". But after that, server show still 3 licenses!
What could be the problem, and how to solve it?

Maybe the newly added one doesn't allow merging if not issued to the exactly same customer? I'd suggest contacting customer care to find out.
