Migrate licence.

Hi,
Maybe my question was asked many times before, but I couldn't find answer.
I have now EAV v4 licence and would like to upgrade it to ESS. How can I do it online? I can't do it by phone because of problem with my hearing.

Hello,

You did not mention which part of the world you are in, but if you contact your closest ESET office, distributor or reseller they should be able to advise you on the cost of upgrading and means in which it can be purchased.

I'm in the Gulf Coast area and use [ nod32@computersecurityassociates.com (Indiana) / for a "helper" (1-866-625-9273) / (574) 229-3838 ] .... When brand-new ESS V4 was giving a lot of people fits we traded "tell me this and that" emails & they helped me (just an individual vs. big customer) solve numerous site access time-outs by suggesting I Delete some specific Non-Plug & Play drivers and RE-Deleting Norton. I'm a committed customer as a result.
