This is a great deal considering the regular price of Sandboxie is now $40.25.
Edit: Before others ask, yes bitsdujour is safe. I bought Sandboxie from them the last time it was offered.

Of course it is but let's not forget that once 64bit is mainstream then a "lifetime" translates into a few years.

So, to make it clear, I'll be able to buy it on Tuesday 20th of October, but not today (for 19 bucks)? :doubt:
Sorry to ask, I've never bought anything from BDJ... :-\

Bump. The deal is now active 8).
Brummelchen, I'm not sure what your asking. If you go to Sandboxies site and click buy and then enter the store you will see all the payment types. Buying through bitsdujour should redirect you to the same store. I'm not sure if all methods of payment apply to this deal as that is something you would have to ask them. It's worth a shot if you want to try.
Rednose!

@innerpeace - the question was - same site with promo code or another one?
but it is answered now - same with code
but the deal is wrong - its only 50% off - not 19 bucks.

Happy to say I got my license key from Bits Du Jour as advertised (CDN$21.12) and I'm now a happy registered Sandboxie user. Great program!

Umm, if you wish to purchase something off of BDJ, you might want to check the time. I went to purchase a copy of this at 10:30pm MST but it was already over. I did not see any indication on that page of this occuring, but it did.
What is a guy to do? Work all day, come home to do some chores and put the kiddies to bed, then BAM!X#%*, you can't even get a cut-rate price on excellent software. "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!". LOL.

I've had a sandboxie license for a few years now but I thought registering was $10..although I would of been happy to pay more. So sandboxie has changed?

you are right - it started with 10 bucks. but as any product it growed and became more expensive.

exclusive VAT - the price here was 26 Euro w/o VAT (MwST) and ~30 Euro with VAT.
so the reduced promo offer was about 15 Euro incl VAT (MwSt). exactly 50% off)
The price on Cleverbridge ist $39.95 excl VAT and ~$48 with VAT.

I have bought it from BDJ. What I don't like is that registered version has my name on it. Why is it necessary? I see it as a privacy concern.
I'd rather have a free version's nag screen that makes me wait for five seconds than have my name written on the GUI. :(

Couldn't you have used the correct registration key and an anonymous name?

Is BDJ like Giveaway of the Day, except since you pay for it you've got a license to reinstall rather than having to install the day you download it, and if you have to re-install you're hooped?

No, I tried it, but "the key doesn't match the name". :(
