There is a problem after installing commview 4.1.
The application filtering part stops working completely!
Only when I removed commview it got back to work.
I think the problem lies within the loopback adapter
of commview that I installed in order to debug some java networking application that I am writing for uni assignment.

I don't exactly how does commview work, but it is possible it installs a driver that catch the connection attempts before Look 'n' Stop.
If this is the case, you are encountering the same kind of problems like installing 2 firewalls on the same computer, which is something not recommended.
