Previx 3.0 stopping and restarting

I have used Prevx for several years and have never had any problems until last week. The program will suddenly just stop, the tray icon turns gray with red x hen the program restarts itself. This happens about every 5 min. I hope some one can help with this.

Could you please let me know what other security software you're using and what operating system you're using? It may be worth trying to install our new release candidate test version from http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?grab=edgebeta which fixes a number of issues that could be related to the problems you're experiencing.
