Drive copy on USB HD

Hy,
I have Drive Copy 9 SPE on my laptop and I made an image of my hd to an external USB-HD.
Now I want to put this image back onto the new (bigger) HD in my laptop. But when I boot from the Recovery CD, the USB HD doesn't show up.
I can't just put in the HD from the USB drive because it's a Sata and the laptop supports IDE.
Any suggestions?

Hello joris2009,

Make sure the USB HD is plugged in before the software starts and use "normal mode".

Remember your destination location has to have "free" space.
