EAV v3.0.694.0 and Windows 7 RTM 64Bit

I just installed Windows 7 Professional RTM (german) 64Bit. Are there some known problems with EAV 3.0.694.0?

I ask because v4.0.437 (english) is not working properly on Win 7 RTM. I have random freezes with it (especially during an image creation with an driveimager like TrueImage or DriveSnapshot) and the only thing that helps then is a cold reboot - not so nice.

So i want to stay with v3.

I haven't tried v3 so can't comment on that unfortunately, but I do use v4 on Win 7 RTM x64 with no issues whatsoever (and I too regularly create images from it using TrueImage). Maybe you could use ProcMon to see what files are being accessed when the freezes occur?
