There is no such version. The latest version is 4.0.437 and the next one will have the last 3-digit number a bit higher.

that is what made me curious when there was not 3 digits on the end.

Unless you are having problems with the version you have, I wouldn't worry about upgrading as long as you have a 4.0 release. I have 4.0.422 up to 437.. and a few 3.0.672/684 floating around.. Only time I upgrade is if someone is having an issue I think may be ESET related.
