Error "... does not work under this OS"

Hi,

When I'm trying to install any recent Paragon product (Partition 10, Hard Disk Manager 2009, Drive Backup 9) i recivied the error "'product' does not work under this OS"

When I'm trying install older version (Hardisk Manager or Partition 8.5) no erros appears.


My OS: Windows Vista SP2 32 bits (Bussines N edition)

Any solution?

Has you review if the version it´s correct? Executable it´s x86 o x64 version?

Yes, I use the corrects programas versions. (x86 executable for my Vista 32bits).

The problem may be the version N of Vista?

Hello pako_nl,

That screen like Caos mentioned, means it's the wrong install for your OS.

If it is correct, you can try to do a manual install in the Windows Add/Remove by pointing to that msi file.
