Can't get it to install - tried the personal and corporate versions.

I click on get free serial - then it immediately says the Wizard was interrupted.???

Hello SIW2,

Can you post a screenshot of the wizard's interruption?

You can try to run the German 64bit RC, and get a registration code through that wizard. Once you receive it, run the English version installer and use the same code.

Thank you for the response.

I managed to get the serial - strangely - it worked fine by clicking Get Free Serial from the installer interface- it hadn't worked previously.

Now it gets worse - inserting the key that was emailed to me ( had to ctrl +v - paste doesn't work ):

Tried it several times - double checked it was the key I was sent. I even downloaded another copy of the installer from the link provided in the registration email.

Keep getting invalid serial.??? ??? ???

Never had that problem with any other Paragon products.

There's two part to the serial number. You also need the "product key" exactly how it is in the email - case sensitive, spacing, and dashes. When you copy and paste, make sure there's no additional space at the end.

Those two fields need to be exactly like it is in the email.

Yes. I know - that is exactly what I did.

The same as with my other Paragon products.

This is the only app. that I have had trouble activating.

Tried it again - it is definitely the exact Product key and Serial Number that were emailed to me.

It is very strange.

I actually got the Giveaway of Virtualization Manager 2009 from GAOTD in the end - it installed fine.

Looks like it is the same build as the R2.



I have a question about the System Backup 2010 RC.

I beta tested that and found some issues when resuming the pc from sleep ( on 7 x64 and VistaSP2 x64). I sent a detailed beta report with log files, etc.

I didn't hear anything back - which is unusual - previous reports have been acknowledged.

I see System Backup 2010 is now on sale. Is it the same build as the RC ?

I don't know, as Paragon haven't sent me the final version.
