Need Username & Password after formatting HD.

I have had to format my hard drive after a major file corruption issue. As a result i've lost all my programs, files and obviously passwords. How do I find out what my username and password are for Eset Smart Security?

If you purchased your license in the United Kingdom, you can enter your email address into the form at http://www.eset.co.uk/Support/LostLicence (http://www.eset.co.uk/Support/LostLicence) to look up your credentials. If that does not work, I would suggest contacting support (http://www.eset.co.uk/Support/Contact) in the UK for further assistance.

I filled in the lost licence form on the website on friday evening (and again on tuesday) and i've still not heard anything. I'm having to use free products at the moment, which i'm not particularly happy about bearing in mind i've paid for something.

Any other suggestions as to how I can get my user id and password?
