Lost Password can any help?

Hey guys, for some weeks ago did my laptop go to fixing and got it today, they deleted every thing and have install all thing again:'( :'( >:(
But now i got a problem too :( Cuz the password to my Eset Nod32 antivirus was there on a note and now have they delete all, so how can i get my password back any knows ;(?
I maybe got it on hotmail but i dont find it so could any help :)?

I don't know how long it takes, personally I never used it. Perhaps a moderator can tell you that.

You are sure you typed the correct e-mail? The one you also registered with?
Did you check your spam folder?
Or try again to make sure if it wasn't working the first time.

well i think it is right email :) cuz when i click on send or something it says thanks bla bla bla we will send you a mail soon.
and i have check the junk folder but nothing there :( i must not wait 1-2 weeks or something Oo?

Normally such sort systems send a e-mail within minutes.. You should try it again and if you still don't receive a mail within a hour send ESET a mail or start a ticket here. (http://www.eset.com/support/contact.php) (as advised on the lost license page)
