i cant uninstall your software

i just downloaded prevx 3.0 to try to see if my system had problems. i now cant uninstall it. I right click the icon but there is no option to close the program. i shut down the process and it comes right back.

i used the uninstall program you provide but the that did not work. it said something failed but then continued working so i couldn't see the message. it then restarted my computer and it is still installed and working.

please help me uninstall your software. thanks

Hi,

You should have the option to uninstall by using the Control Panel's "Add/Remove Programs" (XP) or "Programs and Features" (Vista) pages. Simply select Prevx 3.0 in the list and click Uninstall / Remove.

Was the uninstall tool you used the following?

If neither of the options above work, then open a command prompt window and enter the following:
"c:\program files\prevx\prevx.exe" /prop UNINSTALL=AUTO

This should then force Prevx 3.0 to uninstall itself successfully.
