Firefox connection refused error message

Ever since I started using Firefox to view my e-mails (isp is comcast) I have been getting the following error message:

Then I click on OK and hit the reload button and it loads and works fine. Is this a cause for concern, or should I just continue as I have?

I will do some more searching, but so far what I have come up with is that it is more than likely a firewall configuration problem. There was also one mention of an antivirus NAV that was preventing firefox from connecting to certain web sites. If I find anymore pertinant info I will post it back here. Possibly someone will read your post that has had this problem and can assist you. ;)

As you can see i do use NAV 2003, and it really has not caused any major hassles...however, have been having some slow startups and so I thought maybe it could be a bigger problem than I first thought.
