Where Is SAS Finding This?

Before I scan for any malware I clean out temp files, by hand or with CCleaner.

When I was scanning with SAS I noticed it was scanning through the IE temp files, yet when I look through it I see nothing in there and I'm trying to figure out where it's scanning, maybe through the index.dat file?
