execution protection

before i buy tds i want to know about tds execution protection is it lighter on memory and resources . i am using win98 with 96 mb of ram.
i am also running zone alarm and nod anti virus

TDS's Execution Protection work on a hook, so it is not using any memory until the hook is trigger, by something suspicious trying to execute.
