Cannot Deactivate Machine From License

Hi.

I have recently had to reinstall and reconfigure a pair of HDDs on a Raid system after a PC PSU failure. The PC system build is therefore different.

I have a 3 machine licence.

I have entered the Manage PC area but now can't deactivate the machine in question from my list. I get the error:

Error: (CHK008) It is not possible to remove another system from this license at this time

Can someone provide me with any help here?

Hi Profaders,

PM me your license key, along with which machine name you would like to be deactivated, and I shall perform this for you manually.
