Headset/microphone combo for Live Messenger.

We live in a small aprtment and my wife uses Live Messenger frequently to visit with her family. Even more so now due to her father's illness.
The downside to all of this is that I can't hear anything but her loud talking.
I need a headset/mic combo that's really good. We have XP Pro w/SP3 and currently use a Logitech camera with a mic in it.
Any suggestions please?

Logitech are generally good quality when compared to the price.

I'd personally go for the Logitech PC Headset 120 - Headset ( behind-the-neck )

It's cheap and it a good "all rounder"
