metamatica questions re: email scan stamps and updating

Does anyone know where in RAC 3.1.11 to remove the stamps from emails alltogether?
Is it possible?

No, once a stamp is added it's not possible to remove it.

Thanks for answering, but I meant not having the ESET software NOT stamp the emails at all - is that possible?
(I also suffer from way to many stamps on emails which is over-the-top and my domain users are complaining) - so I'd like to remove the option of stamping emails alltogether if possible :-)

Version 4 should add only one stamp even if a message is scanned by several modules. Unfortunately, once a stamp is added it cannot be removed. It'd be quite difficult to accomplish that and doing so might lead to message corruption. Adding stamps (tag messages) can be disabled in the email protection setup.

I'm very new to the product, having moved to ESET from another vendor.

- so could I ask where I, (if possible) can make the AV auto-update on the server with the newest version ie. to version 4.0 in my case?
(my clients are on 3.0.684 and I would like them to auto-update when newer versions are released)
