Right-click scan problem

Hi

I’ve just reinstalled ESET after restoring my pc. Now when I right-click on a file “Scan with ESET Smart Security”, there’s a beep when the scan finishes but no longer a window displaying the results.

Any idea what might be causing this?

This could be because the install may have corrupted in some way. Try uninstalling using the following method and then reinstall a fresh copy.
