The above link covers this. Disregard the Mirror method as that's available Only in the Business Licensed Ver of ESS - not individual licenses like ours.
No Moderator would ever answer my question on Downloading the 31 MB Installation File/App to a faster (ie) DSL computer, Copying to a Pen Dive, and Installing on a much Slower Dial-up computer (another logical need for many) - Thinking the answer is NO - your dilemma follows the same issue. It "appears" ESET "Manages" the Are-You-Licensed question by MARKING WHERE the App is Downloaded TO, NOT where it's Installed and Used. That (to me) eliminates their allowing Virus Definition Updates to be passed around via (ie) Pen Drive as Expired License-ees could get the Definition Updates from a friend FOR FREE.

Can anyone tell me how to make " ESET Smart Security & NOD32 Offline Update "
You can donwload 6\8\2009 offline update from here
~snipped possible unauthorized hotmail.com archive download link....Bubba~
and this is how you update it :
* Extract to any folder. You should get a folder called "nod_upd" along with the update files inside.
* Move that folder to the C:\. (You should have "c:\nod_upd")
* Open up the NOD32 Control Center by clicking on the system tray icon.
* Open the "Update" screen and click on "Setup"
* In the "Server" dropdown list, choose the last item which should point to C:\nod_upd.
* Click OK to close the update setup window.
* Back at the update screen, click "Update now"
but I don't want to download that , I want how to make it by myself !
