ESS and ImgBurn FPs

Everytime LightingUK comes out with an updated version of their wonderful lightweight CD / DVD / HD DVD / Blu-ray burning application ImgBurn, ESS reacts with 99% CPU on both D/L and execution.

Please push an update which goes beyond a simple version check so this doesn't keep inconveniencing us.

Of course, the file is quite large with a reasonably high compression ratio. It takes time to emulate/decompress it. The new version will be whitelisted.
