Outlook 2007 slow opening and closing.

Is anyone having problems with Outlook 2007 opening slowly very slow, up to 90 seconds to open up. I appreciate that any security will slow down outlook slightly, however since last Thursday/Friday the slowdown is immediatley noticeable and there is a delay when closing Outlook.

I've been through all the troubleshooting and disabled any add-ins.
In Outlook safe mode (ctrl key pressed) opening is not a problem and closing is immediate.

I've now disabled intergration of ESET and opening Outlook is fine.
Enable intergration and it's so slooooow.

Running ESET Smart Security v4.0.437.0 fully updates on XP Pro 32bit SP3
Intel Quad4 4gb RAM so specs are not an issue.

Do you connect to an Exchange server via MAPI or use POP3/IMAP ?

Two accounts. Both POP3. No exchange server.
Integration is still disabled and all is fine.
Enable integration and there's a long delay.

Previous to the problem, no changes made to either Outlook 2007 or Smart Security.
