Questions about Renewal, Upgrade, & Resellers.

Hello,

I have a subscription for Nod32 with 3 licenses. I would like to keep 1 license and upgrade it to ESS. I no longer have 3 computers.
Can I just renew and upgrade for 1 license?

Also can I use any online reseller to buy from or do I have to renew and upgrade from the eset site that I originally bought from?
I noticed better pricing on Amazing Antivirus.com.

I plan to buy on Monday... I don't like doing online purchases on weekends.
My Nod32 licenses expire on August 8.

You will probably have to call them to upgrade and renew one license of the 3 that you have. You can get them a little cheaper than the renewal price at other online retailers if the shipping is free or if it is a direct download, but if you have to pay shipping costs then you might as well deal directly with ESET IMO because the difference will only be a few dollars since the renewal costs less than a first time license. Purplus.net has good prices on security software too BTW.

As said by JohnnyDollar and according to a KB article, you'll need to call Eset.
