Problems removing WINOAV3.DLL

hi we have recieved this on our network around 5 days ago, its infected alot of machines?
Im pretty new to NOD32, so any help would be appreciated.
any info i need to get ect?
the path on the nod admin console throws up

C:\WINDOWS\system32\winoav3.dll probably a variant of Win32/Genetik trojan cleaned by deleting - quarantined
yet it keeps comming back

Check the threat log for details about the parent file that created it. Also a log from SysInspector would probably shed more light.
