View Full Version : Report Templates issues + era.exe.mdmp error report

Hi all

After upgrading RAC/RAS to latest version 3.1.11 had problems with the Generated reports been emailed over to me.

Also keep getting 'Error reports' from windows (see attached) have the error dumps from windows that i can pass onto eset, but not sure where to send.

Error signature
szAppName: era.exe szAppVer: 3.1.11.0 szModName: ntdll.dll
szModVer: 5.2.3790.3959 offset: 0002a756

ESET RAC/RAS as a wholes works fines and all clients receive the updates pretty much. The only thing thats broken is the report and i have to keep changing the schedule times to have the reports sent to me via email.
As well as these error reports keep getting.

Hope this helps, please advice if there is anything further that can be done to resolve current issues we're getting.

Hello dsi-ap,

Since you upgraded the software and this has happened since then, I would recommend backing up your server folder and then installing a fresh copy of the ERA Server. I would try replicating the problems before restoring the server folder to see if that works.

The server folder I'm talking about is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Remote Administrator\Server
