Just installed the program for the first time.
How do I fix this?

restart computer and try.
If there's still no adapter presents, please provide the following information:
1, Operation System, SP number, 32bit or 64bit
2, Type of adapter, the manufacturer
3, What the Capsa version is? including the build number.
