stops at 94%

Hi. I bought eset smart security and I have installed the current version but everytime I run a scan with 'in depth scan' the scanner stops at 94% of the procedure and never ends to 100%. I have windows Vista Home.

Please help.

what file or folder does it stop on? if some big archive file (.zip, .rar .iso etc) just exclude it
