Had to Manually Uninstall NOD32...How Do I Get Rid of Shell Extension?

I had to manually uninstall ESET NOD32 and I think I'm through with it (don't want to install it again). Even in safe mode, I couldn't delete C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\shellExt.dll because Windows says it's in use (which it is).

How can I turn it off and delete it manually?
