NOW , we have a problem in receiving updates for nod32 .
if it is possible for you , please guide me in this case to receive updates while users are not allowed to access directly to internet.

So I gather your company purchased a license and installed ESET on your computers. In such case you should probably contact your company's administrator and ask him to create a local mirror that would be subsequently distributed to your computers.
