Hi, I uninstalled Prevx on my 64-bit machine and want to install it on my 32-bit machine because that's the one I am using now. But when I go to deactivate the computer, I get the error message in my subject line. How do I fix this?

This is a precaution which we have in place to prevent abuse which is apparently too strong - can you PM me your license key? I'll reset it internally :)
Thanks!

Thank you for the PM - you should now be able to use it on your new installation :) Let me know if you need anything else!

I still have one problem - once you gave me a replacement key and the Prevx program is still showing the old license key which I don't want anymore. I think that's why my reactivation succeeded but I still can't install the new license key.
I think once the program shows the new key, I should be ok.

Could you manually deactivate one more time? I forgot to uninstall and reinstall so the old license is wiped out.

Thanks again for your help; I shouldn't be making any more changes until possibly the fall when I might upgrade to a Windows 7 computer.

No problem at all :) I'm anxiously awaiting the official release as well (using the RC on various systems here but I don't want to have to reinstall again like after the beta :-\ )
