Vista service pack 1

Hi guys Vista service pack 1 gave me the blue screen of death i have reinstalled so please can you advise what i can do to avoid this because vista wants to reload the same update automatically

I would contact Microsoft and go thru it with their support people. Or if you bought the PC from someone like Dell or Gateway or whatever, then try talking to them first. Nobody here will have any idea what's causing it. If you can temporarily block the update somehow or just turn automatic updates off, then that might help also.
