Installed fine in scan only (free) mode & it found the lurking test files.
Nice and light so I payed.
I have noticed that it shows a small window on shutdown when it is scanning something or other.
Question :- why does it not pick up this/these items on the learning scan.

There are some cases where our central database will request more information about individual programs which causes them to be scanned again/analyzed further.

If you'd like, you can send a scan log by clicking Tools > Save Scan Results and email it to report@prevxresearch.com and we should be able to optimize the entries in your log to prevent the extraneous scanning on shutdown.

I was confused by the fact that as the internet connection is closed on shut down then Prevx cannot do any checking.
