NoScript has a new feature called ABE. It is described here:

It enables the creation of a user-defined ruleset... the question is, is it useful?

I would suggest this plugin (http://trac.arantius.com/wiki/Extensions/KarmaBlocker). Its even better than ABE.

Yep it's helpful but I'm not sure how much it is.

Here is an example which uses *no* javascript to do port scanning (http://yathong.googlepages.com/scan.html). See how your browser performs ;)
