Strange DL PopUp within Norton Utilities?!

Hi.
This morning I was trying to defrag my HD with speeddisk from Norton Utilities, when something happened I don't understand ???:

When pushing the button for speeddisk a download screen came up, asking me if I would like to download a file.(As if I had touched a mirror site to DL something!)
Yet, all the fields, including filename etc. were BLANK! :o
I closed the "popup"/screen, after which I got a general error from Norton, saying it couldn't perform the asked for task(= speeddisk).

What is this?!

My setup:
NU/NAV 2004; Spybot S&D, Spywareblaster + -guard, WormGuard, Seagate firewall;
TrojanHunter (trialversion);HiJackthis

Have all the latest definitions, did the scans; yet no (alarming) alerts for something nasty.
I'm puzzled.
Has this something to do with incompatibility between the software running?
What do I need to do/check?
Can anyone shed a light on this one??

Meanwhile I'll test some more and make logs. Where to send them?

Hi.
Today I experienced something strange; I refer to:

The 'popup' I am getting when trying to access any Norton Utility is a "File download" request; with blanks ??? in "File name:" + "From:"
File type simply states: "Application".

After doing all the scans, and logs I made a new HJT log.
@ Pieter, or any of the other experts: Would you be so kind to see what is going on here? ???
