Is there a way to watch the conversation between two endpoints?

Absolutely, this is one of the goals what Capsa was designe for.

1) select the IP address you want.
2) switch to the view "Conversations"
3) you will see the conversations been dosplayed by IP pairs (peer host to peer host), TCP flows, UDP peer hosts, and Physical pairs.
We have these different definition about conversation. If you have no idea about the various definition of conversation, I suggest you choose IP which is the general one.
