Ad-Aware identifies files as Trojan Horses

A recent scan using Ad Aware has identified the following file as a Trojan Horse and wants to quarantine it.
C:\Program Files\ESET\Noderator\Register NOD32.exe (size 561 kb)
Should I be concerned? Are these standard ESET files?
Previous scans did not produce this result.

Hello,

That appears to be an older version of a registration utility provided by ESET to OEMs who pre-load ESET NOD32 Antivirus onto computers. Did you buy your computer with NOD32 already installed on it?

One thing to keep in mind is that if ESET NOD32 Antivirus is already installed, you can remove the file as well as the shortcut to launch it from the Startup folder (assuming one exists).

I will ask our developers to contact Lavasoft, but can you first provide me with the following information:

Exact size (in bytes) and date of the Register NOD32.exe file.
(An MD5 or SHA-1 hash would be great, if you know how to generate them.)
The specific name of the threat detected by Lavasoft's Ad-aware.
The program and signature versions of Ad-aware that detected it.
Knowing that information should make it easier to us to work with Lavasoft to resolve the issue.
