Running Outlook 2003. If the NOD32 outlook plug-in is enabled and Outlook is NOT running, the MAILTO function of IE fails to work when trying to send a page or link. "The operation failed"
If the plug-in is DISABLED, this function works when Outlook is not running.

If you uninstall and reinstall ESET, does the issue still occurs?

Complete uninstall, reboot, remove reg entries etc., reinstall. No go...

Do you have all the latest Windows Update and Service Pack?
Can you try this KB article?

Made sure my workstation was up to date. No luck.
Tried the compatibility change and still no luck.
I suppose it's time for a ticket....
