Sooo what protection programs such as anti-virus/malware/firewall/virtualization software are there for Windows Vista 64-bit.
Recently bought my computer with 64-bit but seemingly software like Sandboxie doesn't work.
Sandboxie was for example one of my favorite protection programs, are there any replacements for 64-bit?
Thanks.

ZA Extreme (http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en-us/zonealarm-extreme-security.htm) is 64bit compatible and contains a sandbox for IE7/8 and Firefox.
KIS2010 (http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showforum=16) is 64bit compatible and contains a full sandbox but is yet to be released.
I know only these two suites that contains a sandbox working in 64bit environment.

Apparently although Kaspersky Internet security 2010 will be 64Bit compatible, but from my reading the sandbox feature wont run on 64Bit. I read this about the beta, but I don't know if this has changed since or going to change?
If you want something free for Anti-malware then AVG, Avast, Comodo and Avira all run on 64Bit. Most payware suites will also run on 64Bit, just double check their websites.

As far as I know it will.... unless they changed it recently.

I am using KIS 2010 on vista 64 bit. The sandbox works but malfunctions sometimes by applications closing randomly. It runs in 32bit mode.
